Vinyasa

Our Vinyasa class is a dynamic, flowing practice that links breath with movement. Expect to build heat, strength, and flexibility as you move through a creative sequence, gradually building towards a peak. Playful and energising, this class offers a challenge, with options and modifications throughout so it’s accessible for beginners as well.

Yin

Yin is a soft, passive practice offering a deep stretch to release tightness and stubborn tension, while creating space for stillness and relaxation. It works into the connective tissues, joints, and deeper layers of fascia, improving flexibility and overall ease in the body. Props are used to support you in each pose, allowing you to soften, settle into the shape, and hold for longer periods, typically 3–5 minutes.

Yang to Yin

This class brings together the dynamic flow of Vinyasa with the stillness of Yin. You’ll begin with breath-led movement, building heat, strength, and energy through a creative flow, before slowing things right down into supported Yin postures to release tightness and deeper tension. A balanced practice of Yang and Yin — movement and rest — leaving you feeling grounded, relaxed, and reset.

Restorative

Restorative yoga is a slow, deeply restful and supportive practice. Using props to fully support the body, you’ll settle into each posture with very little sensation, allowing you to soften, release tension, and come into deep stillness. The intention is to bring the body, mind, and nervous system back into balance — a chance to slow right down and reset on all levels.

Private Group Sessions

Private group classes are available both in-studio and offsite for those wanting to share a yoga experience with family, friends, or colleagues. Each session is thoughtfully designed to suit your group’s needs, experience, and intentions. Our studio accommodates up to 6 people — for larger groups, we’re happy to come to you.
