Inclusive yoga classes in a transformative and welcoming space
Vinyasa
Our Vinyasa class is a dynamic, playful practice focusing on conscious breath and movement. You will build heat, muscle strength and flexibility. This class is designed for you to gradually progress through the practice linking one pose to another. If you like to be challenged then this is the class for you.
Yin
Yin is a soft, passive practice targeted at improving flexibility and pliancy in the connective tissues, joints, and the deep fascia networks of the body. Props are used to assist the body in holding each pose for longer periods of time typically 3-5 minutes.
Vin-Yin
During the first half of this class you will focus on the strength building, energetic flows of vinyasa to increase energy in the body . The second half of class will involve yin postures allowing you to come into deep stillness. This practice gives you the perfect balance between “Yin and Yang”, strength and flexibility, movement and stillness. You will leave feeling relaxed and well balanced.
Kids Yoga & Holiday Workshops
Kids Yoga is a fun class encouraging children to explore yoga practice through movement, games, partner work and art. Parents are welcome to stay if they would like to explore the class together with their children. This class is super lighthearted and fun and of course there is always time for relaxation at the end! During school holiday periods we also offer Kids Yoga Workshops.
Group sessions
We offer private group bookings both on and offsite for those looking at experiencing a yoga practice with family or friends. This class is individually designed for your groups needs, experience and intentions. This service is the same cost as a casual class and requires a minimum of 2 people.
